Andy Hyman has combined his passion for teaching with his excitement about wine, wineries and wine making. In an encore career, Andy became a tour guide at Platypus Tours in the Napa and Sonoma wine country and has had the pleasure of ushering thousands of wine tasters through hundreds of wineries. Andy has been involved in education issues in Marin County California for 12 years as a school board member and has a background as a teacher, entrepreneur and business manager.
